He's charged with murder, she's charged with filing a false police report. Shouldn't she be at the least an accessory to murder? Once again, we see a woman being charged with a lesser offense, even through she contributed directly to the murder. Isn't it about time we added greater responsibility to the rights and priveleges that women have in this country?

Homicide detectives didn't buy the rape story.
A South Philadelphia man said he killed another man Sunday night after he came home and found the stranger sexually assaulting his wife.
When the detectives arrived on the 1700 block of S. 22nd St., they found Lateaf Dumas, 31, bludgeoned to death with a hammer and a shovel in an upstairs bedroom.
Levi Thompson, 27, claimed he was only defending the love of his life when he cracked Dumas' skull. Thompson's wife, Sharleetha Brown, initially corroborated the story.
But the tale soon began to unravel.
During questioning, Brown, 20, recanted her story and admitted she had been having an affair with Dumas.
Thompson was charged with murder yesterday. Brown was charged with filing a false report.
"She made up the story because she had been caught in the bedroom," said Lt. Frank Vanore, a police spokesman.
Thompson had suspected his wife was cheating on him.
"He came home with the sole purpose of catching them in the act," Vanore said. "Then he went into a rage when he discovered them together and killed Dumas."

Now there is an officer of the law who is beholden to no ideology, accept the ideology of the law.
This is an almost exact example of my own story, although I was fortunate enough to not have killed anyone or even physically harmed the accused.
As a young man I was dating a girl when I was told by her best friend that she had been raped by someone.
Hearing this, naturally, I became enraged and confronted the accused man, who of course denied everything, but this only served to enrage me even further. Thankfully I was able to keep a cool enough of a head as to not attack the man.
When the lie was revealed, I was the one who was shattered, I had been the dupe. I had been lied to and to this day I still have no idea as to why exactly.
Women never lie about rape, WRONG! I was personally lied to, I was used as a weapon against an innocent man for reasons I still dont understand. To the end of my days I will always KNOW that rape allegations are OFTEN used as a weapon against innocent men.

I wish that what happend to you was a rare occurence, but the "violence by proxy", is a common tool that some women use, so they can maintain their facade of innocence. Give women their due, they know how to use men's chivalrous nature to their own ends. Thankfully, you were able to hold back and not get physical.

I think that BITCH should be charged with conspiracy or something because they collaborated the story together and she never left the crime scene they just don't know what kind of turmoil the family has been in since this untimely death people are hurting but every dog has their day. R.I.P. TEAF

LEVI IS FACING TRIAL ON JULY 17 FOR MURDER. HER TESTIMONY, HER "OH WELL" ATTITUDE WHILE SHE WAS TESTIFYING WAS DISGUSTING, HORRIFIC AND EMBARASSING AS HELL. This is crazy. I grew up under the victim and he did not deserve any of this. Not to say that anyone deserves it but how is she just getting off. I think they both should get charged with murder. Or bring her to his family where she will get rightfull justice.
