Federal Judge says rape victim wrongly charged with lying can't sue police

A federal judge said that a rape victim wrongly charged with making a false report can't sue the police. While the woman was put through a terrible ordeal, she was only held for five days -- far less time than many innocent men are held after they are falsely accused of rape. Perhaps if the police were held accountable for imprisoning the innocent -- both rape victims and false rape claim victims, they would be more cautious in depriving people of their liberty?

with so many false rape accusations now coming into their office, I'm sure it gets very hard for officers to distinguish the true ones from the false ones. That is why we need to name and prosecute false rape accusers...they are watering down and burdening the system to the point on inefficiency.

This whole false accusation industry was never instituted to serve the greater good of putting away more real sex offenders. That is just an public relations veneer spoonfed to our culture so we don't rise up in arms against this vile ruling cast. The fact of the matter is, we as a society were very good at putting away real sex offenders. There were a few that got through the police net, but not many because the police, just like the rest of us honorable men, absolutely hate, and I mean fucking hate and revile, real sex offenders, just as much as we hate false sexual accusers.
The real reason for this false sexual accusation industry is and has always been to destabilize our society by making men and women hate each other. This greatly impedes us from getting married, having children, building happy healthy families, and thus constructing a strong moral cultural able to resist the type of sociopolitical interference--read slavery or communism--which they want to impose upon us. When we are socially destabilized and full of gender hatred, we are a weak culture. Our birth rates are already far below replacement rates, and our marriage rates have plummeted. Simultaneously, our divorce rates have absolutely sky-rocketed. We are a dying people, and a dying people are a weak people ready to be taken over.
Look gentlemen, first we have to identify the real enemy here. It is feminism, which itself is an ideological derivative of communism, which itself is political/religious derivative of a culture and religion that is thoroughly hateful of the culture that Western man, qua Christian, has created over the past 2000 years.
Remember, this is all about power, political power. We are not organized PROPERLY because we are too nice, and nice men always get used as doormats. You guys are coming very handy to this whole communist new world order criminal gang.
So first we have to identify a clear political agenda with respect to understanding, fighting, and replacing those who use such issues to advance their own communist agenda. Then, we have to get together a lot of money. There are a lot of well educated business men that will give to a cause like this. The established special interest groups go to the elected politicians and play one against the other. Here's how they do it:

1) They go to the elected official and demand that he use his office to pursue their special interest agenda.

2) If he says no, then they simply tell them that if he doesnn't accede to their demands, they will simply finance his political rival in the next election in addition to mounting a smear campaign to get him out of office. The elected official almost always gives in to this kind of pressure tactic.

This is how these other groups have gotten thier agendas advanced within the the political realm. It does however take some cash, and that is where you need to get some excellent fundraiser involved.
God Bless

Jesus. The police so rarely arrest false accusers that I didn't think we had to worry about women who really are rape victims being falsely arrested. Now we have a third circle of victims to be concerned about. What a horrible system.

Scot - ”That is why we need to name and prosecute false rape accusers...they are watering down and burdening the system to the point on inefficiency.”

An excellent point.

Still, this case seems to beg the question, why did the police decide to arrest her in the first place?

Two things immediately stand out to me. First, even in cases of clear evidence that a false report has been made, the false accuser is almost never (this case may well be THE lone exception) arrested and detained in jail. If they are even arrested, they are typically released on their own recognizance (ROR) to await trial or punishment.

Secondly, what happened to lead the police to believe she was lying? She did not name anyone. It seems as though (given the confession of the perpetrator) that she was, in deed, raped. She, as a real victim, would have likely had real and verified signs of having been raped. And, unlike some false accusers, she would likely have displayed the “proper” affect.

Although their have been cases (as detailed on this forum) where false accusers who do not name a specific suspect are never-the-less found out, it seems that most cases of false accusation are discovered by the alleged suspect protesting his innocence and demanding that her story be investigated. I’d have to imagine that a typical case of a woman filing a report for which no suspect can be identified simply goes into a cold-case file – as opposed to her having her claim dissected.

I tried a search for Sara Reedy to try and see if I couldn’t find something further which might explain this seemingly rare case, but found only repeats of the linked article.

While I do feel sorry for this women’s plight (and the $45,000 paid to her certainly falls far short of just compensation – yet is substantial more than what a man might expect to receive), it occurs to me that the incidence of real rape victims being mistakenly charged with false reporting is one injustice which actually does fall into the category which feminists would like to place those much more prevalent false rape reports – a circumstance which occurs so very rarely as to have any meaningful impact on a larger scale.

Sorry to seem so flippant regarding this women’s struggle with injustice, but it is typically men who’ve been falsely accused (and suffered far worse, with far less compensation) that are dismissed as insignificant collateral damage.

scott say's.. yes, false rape accusers are rarely if ever charged, mine wasn't...

I'ts almost like this case is "gender feminist staged". Like Hillary clinton having the protesters who had the "IRON MY SHIRT" sign, sit right in the front and center so all the camera's can see it.

Steve Flanagan, i have read some of you're site, and you're contributions to false rape society, are noteworthy.
where do we go from here??

Where do we go from here you ask? Simple. Very very quietly start an organization to gather victims of false accusations together privately. You don't need to make any noise here. Just get people together. Moreover, you don't need a large number of people either. A large group is inherently difficult to control. A small group almost always has a greater degree of soliarity.
Next, publish a newsletter detailing the grave injustices which our men have to endure.
Then get some fundraisers to find wealthy contributors, as many as possible.
That's when you go to the elected officials and make the pitch. Inflate your numbers to him, and make sure you have a clear proposal for new laws that you want him to pursue. Let him know that you know many political contributors who care deeply about this issue and would be willing to contribute to the candidates who are willing to give political voice to it. Finally, let him know that there are other favourable candidates that your friends are willing to give political contributions to besides him.
There, that's how you have to begin.

I hadn't thought of it that way, but, you know...

One does have to wonder about such things some times. Ought-right trickery has become so prevalent in advancing socio-political agendas

True and correct Steven Flanagan. Unless we unite, organize and, take action, we will never get noticed or taken seriously. This is the same thing I have told Mr John Phipps of the blogging site: The National Organization For Men. I have expressed my great desire for all men's organizations to unite and organize. Mr Phipps suggested the same thing you have; having chapters created nationwide. I have suggested chapters worldwide. Mr Phipps mainly wants to deal with the plight of men and boys and the disparages in our educational system. I am interested not only in this but, all disparages against men in all facets of society, the media, politics, the criminal justice system, the judicial system, the courts, the legal system, etc. We must seek to fix and/or repair what feminism has weakened and degraded. This will take money, motivation, desire, perseverance and a willingness to do what not only needs to be done but, what is right. As I told Mr Phipps, we can either blog about it or, take action and make ourselves heard and seen. There is no time like the present to do our work to free all men and all things from the vicious, malicious and deadly grip of feminism.
