Comment: The following story illustrates the reason why there MUST be greater accountability for false accusations, not to mention anonymity for the presumed innocent until conviction. Not only has the man suffered, but his wife and family have been the targets of hostility as well. They are now in the process of selling their home and moving due to the problems they have experienced from this ordeal.

A MAN falsely accused of being a rapist has spoken of his hell after his accuser was locked up for lying.
Dad-of-two John Mulholland twice tried to commit suicide as he and he and his family were subjected to vile abuse after the allegations were made.
He is now selling his home and moving to another country to start a new life following a six-month nightmare.
Yesterday Stacey Challoner, 20, of Denton, was given a four-month sentence at Manchester Crown Court after earlier admitting attempting to pervert the course of justice.
She had made up the rape claims after her partner demanded to know if she had been unfaithful while he was in prison.
She claimed Mr Mulholland had taken her to a wood when she was drunk and raped her. In fact, they had consensual sex once, at Challoner's home.
Mr Mulholland, 28, from Wythenshawe, told the M.E.N: "I own my house, and it is worth £135,000. We recently had £25,000 worth of improvements done to it. But I am having to sell it for £100,000 so that we can move."
My wife has stood by me and we are planning to move to Ireland. This woman has no idea of the damage she has caused me."
Twice I have had a noose round my neck, wanting to kill myself, but my wife found me and helped me through it."
I believe Challoner should have been given at least two years and would then have served 12 months. People have got more than four months for stealing from shops."
My kids are aged three and six, and they and my wife have been verbally abused too. My kids have been spat at. I have been called a rapist in the street."
Mr Mulholland had been interviewed by police and released on bail. Three days after Challoner made the allegations last August she admitted they were false in a further interview.
In court William Donnelly, prosecuting, said: "As the victim told police 'mud sticks'. He has told police he has been shamed by the local community, referred to as a rapist, hissed at in the street, and has had CCTV fitted to his house. This has also caused considerable problems in his own relationship with his partner."
Limited Defending Carolyn Smith said Challoner, who has the care of three children, was a woman of limited intellectual ability and emotionally very vulnerable.
She said her partner was 'manipulative and a bully' and he had asked her repeatedly whether she had been unfaithful when he had been serving a prison sentence.
He had asked her 'did he force himself on you?' and she became distressed. Her partner then called police to make a complaint that Mulholland had raped her.
Miss Smith said: "She was interviewed by police and was too frightened to back on the lie."
She said Challoner was now an emotionally damaged and depressed young woman, who was 'genuinely sorry' for making the allegation.
But Judge Iain Hamilton, after reading reports on the case, told Challoner: "I have no sense that you understand the gravity of what you have done - there is no real sense of remorse, although I accept that you pose a low risk of committing a further offence."
The allegation you made is of such a serious nature that any person - both women and men - must be deterred from making such an allegation. I have thought long and hard about giving you a suspended sentence but I can't do so and be consistent with my public duty."
He sentenced Challoner to four months in a young offenders' institution. She will serve half of the sentence.
Detective Constable Ceri Naylor from Wythenshawe CID said: "I am really pleased with the result as it gives a clear message that lying about something like this will not go unpunished."
To make up such a sickening offence takes someone with a blatant disregard not only for police time but for other, real, victims of rape, and for the future life of the person they are accusing.
"The man Challoner implicated has suffered massively as a result of her lies, as has his family. I hope that today's result brings him some sense that justice has been done."

regarding the man and his family being a target:
this is sort of a "side issue", but it seems people these days (and perhaps throughout history) are always so ready to hate and condemn, and often to quickly and mindlessly form a mob seeking vengeance. People love to hate.
Just an observation.
Ok, this is bad, and four months is too little..... But their are upsides. The liar was named, also the Judge did not act as thought the "real" victim was hypothetical women. He mentioned them but it seems he was pretty specific about the man being the real victim.
She went to jail. She was naamed. He was acknowledged as a victim. Progress is sow, but it is happening.
Ok, there is something that is being sorely missed here. This man has extra-marital sex with this young woman. I have said it before, I will say it again: We men must hold ourselves accountable for our own stupid behaviours. He basically offered himself willingly as a poor false accusee gor God's sake.
I doubt if this whole false accusation would even have happened if this fellow had not offered himself up as a will sex partner.
Now, for those people who start getting violent towards the accused. I propose that these individuals get the same sentence as someone who makes an actual false accusation. That is, both should receive nothing less than a mandatory minimum of 25 years imprisonment. If they cause the suicide or death of the falsely accused, then they should be subject to the death penalty. There is no other way when it comes to false accusations. If you read history, you will quickly be struck how strict were the punishments for bearing false witness against a fellow citizen. They were severe to be sure, but for good reason. I am a strong believer that when someone has decided to use the false accusation as a means to achieve some end, they simply not be re-integrated back into civil society. You have to sever such vile criminals from society. That's the only way for keep the rest of us safe.

She is typical of British women today, they will say and do anything to get out of taking responsibilty for their actions.
Its always someone elses fault.
I'll give you another example:
I live next to a young couple who are late 20's, early 30's. Im the 'weird' guy in the neibourhood (although actually Im not). The girls car got scratched, and the guy knocked on my door saying how his girlfriends car got scratched. odd isnt it? because I didnt scratch it. She probably did it herself on Tesco carpark when she was out shopping, but she wont admit responsibility for it. Just blame it on the weird guy next door.

I know what you mean, we have to take ultimate responsibility for what happens to us, but I dont believe he should be blamed for this, all of the blame has to be taken by the female. After all, how is he to know she would do something as dispicable as this? I think what we've got to do is start educating our young men on the nature of women, and the dangers they face.
I absolutely agree on very harsh sentencing.
Four months? Four years or more would have been more appropriate. But I think that we sometimes assume judges are giving false accusers are lenient sentence, as occurred here, out of some sense of chivalry when the explanation is probably far simpler. From the beginning of time, everyone has understood that the worst crimes have been murder and rape. We need to rethink that scale because crimes have changed.
Now we know that most "rape" is not stranger rape. Some of these claims of acquaintance rape involve the parties consciously fooling around while both are drinking, then they have sex and she accuses him of rape. We need to rethink where rape belongs on the depravity scale -- can anyone tell us with a straight face that a guy in that situation has done something worse than a convenience store robber who bashes in the clerk's face? Absurd.
By the same token, false accusations have always been viewed as far less harmful. We now know that's not the case. But judges hear these false accusationn claims and the stories are often the same -- an inappropriate lie told for the sake of expediency mushrooms out of control and causes more damage than the liar intended. We need to beat the drum that judges must adopt a zero tolerance policy for such claims. The liar needs to be accountable for whatever harm is caused when she targets an innocent male or when the police target an innocent male on her accusation. Period. The fact that she supposedly did not intend the harm doesn't make it any less foreseeable. When you lie that you were raped, you need to understand that some innocent male might kill himself over it, or be killed, and you might as well have pulled the trigger. It's as bad as firing a gun into a haystack without bothering to check if anyone is behind it.
Hey at least this girl got some jail time, my false rape accuser was never charged, and i don't believe the police even told her "don't do it again".
I was the second guy she falsely a cussed of rape in 1 year, and because no-one is stopping her she will do it again, and again, and again.
I was almost killed over my false rape accusation, and because she keeps doing it, and no-one is stopping her, some innocent man is going to get killed.
And once again, a woman's lawyer trots out the excuses for why:

Modern women have so many choices, and are strong and empowered (according to modern feminism), and yet every time they get in trouble with the law, suddenly they are emotionally damaged, troubled...you name it.

All of the seminal victim-feminists were Jews: Gloria Steinham, Betty Freidan, Andrea Dworkin, Susan Sontag, et. al. More importantly, all of their works were shepherded, from manuscript to bookshelf, by Jewish agents, redacted for content specifically anti-White by Jewish editors, and published by Jewish publishers.
If we are successful in overthrowing our Jewish overlords, the history books will correctly state that the greatest harm the US did in the 20th & 21st centuries was in allowing the Jews to control all of the West's most important institutions: high finance, the media, the academy, government, etc.
