Johnson City, TN, woman, 18, charged with filing false sexual assault report

Police in Johnson City have arrested an 18-year-old female for allegedly staging a sexual assault.
Katherine L. Orr, 833 West Main St., No. 203, reported being sexually assaulted at her residence on May 8. According to a press release, a police investigation revealed no assault occurred, and Orr, "staged the whole event."

Orr has been charged with filling a false police report. She is currently held in the Washington County Detention center under a $5,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in general sessions court on Tuesday.
